CMOR Mapping Lifetime Card Warranty

At CMOR Mapping, we stand behind our products. Every CMOR chart card includes a lifetime warranty against card defects, giving you confidence that we’re here to help if your card stops working.

If you’re experiencing an issue, complete the Warranty / RMA Request Form below. Include your chart region, chartplotter brand and model, and a brief description of the problem. Our support team will review your request and help determine whether troubleshooting or a replacement is needed.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping your card. If a replacement is approved, you’ll need to return the original CMOR microSD card along with your contact information and complete return shipping address. A replacement will be shipped once the defective card is received.

Warranty replacements address defective cards. Chart updates and region changes are separate services.
